As a former entrepreneur who worked side by side with neurosurgeons, I gained a unique perspective on the intersection of high-pressure environments, stress, and the mind-body connection. This experience, combined with my training in nervous system regulation and science-backed techniques, allows me to offer practical, effective solutions for navigating life’s challenges while providing the care and compassion you deserve.

I also understand the importance of intersectionality in the healing process.
